This motto is the key to the success of the Käfer fine food company. What started out as a Munich-based family business has grown into an international enterprise with over 900 employees. The idea of finding first-rate and innovative products from all corners of the world and presenting them to connoisseurs and gourmets is a principle that Käfer has been consistently pursuing since its very beginnings in 1930.
Käfer Party Service
During the course of nearly 50 years, the Käfer Party Service has become a key international market leader within Europe. With the Party Service, virtually anything is possible. Location, decoration and musical programme are just as much part of the Käfer service offering as food, beverages and staff. In the year 2012, the Party Service was among the celebrated few to be honoured as "Caterer of the Year", receiving the illustrious "Leaders of the Year Award".
The elegant, rustic restaurant Käfer-Schänke in the traditional Stammhaus (principal company building) in Prinzregentenstraße accommodates 250 guests. 12 separate, individually decorated parlours offering space for two to 50 persons are available for undisturbed business meals or intimate private receptions. As in all other areas of our company, the very highest quality and perfect service have uppermost priority at the Käfer-Schänke.
Käfer with its Käfer Wies’n-Schänke has been an established tradition at Munich's historic Oktoberfest since 1971. Our Wies'n-Schänke is particularly well known for its high-quality products as well as for its famous mug boasting new motifs every year.
